WOMEN’S RECAP
Columbia finished the weekend a perfect 6-0, leading to the Lions’ 15th total championship and 12th outright title. It’s the Lions’ first outright championship since 2020 after sharing with Penn and Princeton in 2024. The Lions swept the competition today, starting the day by beating runners-up Harvard, 14-13, then closing the day’s action with another thrilling 14-13 win over Princeton that was decided by just one touch to secure the outright championship.

Harvard (5-1) finished second, followed by Princeton (4-2), Yale (3-3), Penn (2-4), Brown (1-5), and Cornell (0-6).

The individual weapons saw champions from three different schools. Yale’s Sophie Liu went a perfect 15-0 in women’s saber, the only athlete, male or female, to go perfect in the weekend’s matches. The 2026 women’s foil Champion was Carolina Stutchbury of Columbia, who went 14-1, while the women’s epee champion was Cornell’s Ketki Ketkar, who finished 12-2 in her matches.
Joining Liu on the First Team All-Ivy Team for Women’s Saber were Harvard’s Zoe Kim and Kaitlyn Pak as well as Princeton’s Alexandra Lee. The All-Ivy First Team in Women’s Foil was Stutchbury, Yale’s Jia Chen, and Harvard’s Jessica Zi Jia Guo. Lastly, the All-Ivy First Team for Women’s Epee was made up of Ketkar, Yasmine Khamis of Harvard, and Princeton’s Angel Xiao.
