Women's Ice Hockey Major Awards and All-Ivy Teams Announced

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Following another nationally-competitive season capped off by Cornell winning its third consecutive Ivy League title, the 2026 women’s ice hockey All-Ivy teams and major award winners were announced on Wednesday.

Princeton senior Issy Wunder was named Ivy League Player of the Year for the second consecutive season. Wunder became the first athlete to receive the honor in back-to-back campaigns and the second to win it twice. Cornell’s Brianne Jenner earned Player of the Year accolades in 2013 and 2015.

Wunder finished tied for first in the Ivy with 41 points and led the league with 1.41 points per game. She ranked tied for 12th in the nation in total points and ninth in points per game. Her 25 goals led the Ivy League and were the fourth-most in the country. Fifteen of Wunder’s points came against Ivy League opponents. She tallied 12 goals and three assists in 11 games while recording at least one point in eight of those contests.

Yale’s Molly Boyle was named Ivy League Rookie of the Year. She is the Bulldogs’ second recipient of the award in four years, along with her teammate Jordan Ray, a current senior and First Team All-Ivy selection. The Scituate, Mass. native’s 21 assists placed her second in the Ivy League, trailing Ray’s 25, and tied for 24th in Division I. Boyle also added eight goals, recording 29 points in her first collegiate season. She managed 10 assists and one goal against Ivy League competition and posted at least one point in eight of those 11 games.

Princeton, led by first-year head coach Courtney Kessel, earned the Ivy League Coaching Staff of the Year award. The Tigers finished the regular season 21-8 overall and 6-4 in the Ivy, securing 18 points and a third-place finish in the league standings. Princeton enters postseason play ranked 10th in the nation.

Two athletes, Wunder and Yale’s Carina DiAntonio were unanimous First Team All-Ivy selections. The Bulldogs also added Ray and Boyle, giving them a league-best three First Team honorees. Cornell garnered two First Team recognitions with Grace Dwyer and Annelies Bergmann. In addition to Wunder, Princeton added goaltender Uma Corniea.

Yale notched a pair of Second Team All-Ivy selections, Gracie Gilkyson and Samson Frey, giving the Bulldogs a league-high five total First and Second Team picks. Georgia Schiff and Alyssa Regalado were selected from Cornell, Monique Lyons and Isabella Gratzi represented Brown and Princeton added Mackenzie Alexander.

The 2026 Ivy League women’s ice hockey Academic All-Ivy team consisted of Brown’s Gali Levy, Cornell’s Abby Thibodeau, Dartmouth’s Cally Dixon, Harvard’s Emily Davidson, Princeton’s Wunder and Yale’s Sylvia Bojarski.
