Callan Fang (pitcher) and Cornell’s
Mark Quatrani (rookie) earned weekly Ivy League baseball honors.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Cole Fellows, Columbia OF
- Went 9-for-16 at the plate for Columbia during its 4-0 week
- Belted three home runs, including a multi-blast game
- Scored five runs and drove in 10 during the week
PITCHER OF THE WEEK
Callan Fang, Harvard RHP
- Struck out 12 batters against Brown on Saturday
- Tossed 7.0 innings, allowing just two earned runs, six hits and a walk
- His 12 strikeouts is the most by an Ivy pitcher in a game this season
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Mark Quatrani, Cornell C
- Hit 4-for-9 in two wins for the Big Red
- Recorded three home runs and nine RBIs, posting a 1.444 slugging percentage
- Became the first Cornell freshman player since 1977 to have a multi-home run game
