SPRINGFIELD, N.J. – Harvard takes a two-shot lead into the final round of the Ivy League Women’s Golf Championship after posting a 36-hole total of 608 (+32). Columbia sits close behind in second at 610 (+34), while Penn remains in contention in third at 615 (+39). Princeton, the first-round leader, dropped to fourth at 616 (+40), followed by Dartmouth in fifth at 625 (+49) and Yale in sixth at 637 (+61).
Individually, Princeton’s Thanana Kotchasanmanee holds the top spot at 147 (+3) after following up her opening-round 70 with a 77 in Round 2. Columbia’s Sarah Shao is second at 149 (+5), while a four-way tie for third at 151 (+7) includes Harvard’s Lucy Yuan, Iris Wang and Vanessa Zhang, along with Penn’s Mi Li.
Harvard’s depth has been the difference through 36 holes, with four players positioned in the top 10.
With just eight strokes separating first-place Harvard from fourth-place Princeton, the team title remains wide open entering the championship round. The individual race is just as tight, with Kotchasanmanee holding a two-shot edge over Shao and four shots separating first from the group tied for third.
