PRINCETON, N.J. – Penn's Liam Going (Men’s Athlete) and Brown’s Emily Mrakovcic (Women's Athlete) took home Ivy League cross country weekly awards after strong showings on the course last weekend.
 
MEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Liam Going, Penn (Jr. – Westbury, N.Y.)

• Led Penn to a team win at the Mainline Invitational finishing 5th among college scorers
• Ran 20:18 for 4 miles on the Haverford Cross Country Course.

 
WOMEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Emily Mrakovcic, Brown (Jr. – Wilton, Conn.)

• Finished second out of 345 finishers to lead Brown to the meet victory over 44 teams at the UMass Dartmouth Invite
• Posted the fastest cross country 5k run for Brown since 2015 with a time of 17:34
