PRINCETON, N.J. — Penn’s
Steve Dolan was voted Coach of the Year following the 2024 Ivy League Heptagonal Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Dolan led the Penn women to the program’s seventh all-time outdoor track & field title, finishing with 184.5 points. The Penn women also won the indoor Ivy League Track & Field Championships earlier this year.
The win for the Quakers comes after a thrilling finish to the meet as Penn edged out second-place Princeton by 0.5 points, defeating the Tigers 184.5-184.
Harvard's
Maia Ramsden continued her illustrious career with the Crimson, earning her second-straight Outdoor Track & Field Most Outstanding Track Performer Award after taking home the gold medals in the 1500m and 5000m runs.
Most Outstanding Field Performer of the Meet honors went to Princeton's
Alexandra Kelly, who won the long jump on Saturday and finished second in Sunday’s triple jump.
Additionally, one Ivy League women’s outdoor track and field student-athlete from each institution was recognized for their commitment in the classroom and in sport as members of the 2024 Ivy League Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Academic All-Ivy team. Brown’s
