PRINCETON, N.J. –  Following the 2023 Ivy League Cross Country Heptagonal Championships at Franklin Park in Boston, the Ivy League has announced the men's and women's cross country coach of the year selections as well as the All-Ivy teams and Academic All-Ivy teams.
 
After leading their respective teams to their third consecutive Ivy titles, Harvard women’s coach Alex Gibby and Princeton men’s coach Jason Vigilante were unanimous selections for Ivy League Coach of the Year.
 
Harvard finished with 47 points, with its top five finishing in the top 17. Maia Ramsden repeated as the Ivy League champion with a time of 20:16.2. She is the 12th woman to earn multiple individual titles.
 
Princeton edged Harvard 40-43 to win its third straight Ivy championship. The Tigers top five all finished in the top 11. Junior Nicholas Bendtsen posted the fastest time for Princeton, placing fourth in 24:08.5.
 
Additionally, one student-athlete from each men’s and women’s team was recognized for their commitment in the classroom and on the course as members of the 2023 Ivy League Cross Country Academic All-Ivy teams.
