Princeton Takes Men's Team Championship; Harvard's Iverson Claims Individual Title

BRONX, N.Y. -- For the second year in a row, the Princeton men's cross country team won the team championship at the Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championships. Individually, it was Harvard's Acer Iverson who took home the individual crown.

The Tigers narrowly won the team time with a total of 38 points as all five of their runners placed inside the top-14. Harvard claimed runner-up status with 41 points thanks to first and second place finishes from Iverson and Graham Blanks and Cornell placed third with 70 points. 

Iverson took first with a time of 23:59.3 as his teammate Blanks took second clocking in at 24:04.1. Princeton's Anthony Monte took home the bronze medal with a time of 24:11.6.
