PRINCETON, N.J. — The fifth-ranked Princeton Tigers women's lacrosse team continued their stellar 2025 season with a 15-13 win over Brown on Saturday afternoon to claim at least a share of the Ivy League title.
After falling behind after the first period, 3-2, Princeton bounced back in the second quarter to take the lead going into halftime, 7-6. From there, the Tigers fought off Brown for the remaining two quarters of a tightly-contested contest to take home the victory, 15-13. Jami MacDonald led the scoring attack for Princeton with four goals followed by three goals apiece from McKenzie Blake and Colette Quinn.
The title marks the Tigers' 17th all-time women's lacrosse title and their first since 2022. With the win, the Tigers move to 5-1 in conference play with one game remaining against Dartmouth. If the Tigers win that game, they would host next month's Ivy League Women's Lacrosse Tournament on Friday, May 2 & Sunday, May 4.
