Princeton Sweeps Indoor Track & Field Weekly Honors

PRINCETON, N.J. — With the Ivy League Championships on the horizon, plenty of Ivies continue to post top marks as Princeton's Harrison Witt and Mena Scatchard earned this week's honors after breaking school records.

MEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Harrison Witt, Princeton

  • Ran a 3:52.87 mile to win the event at the Boston University David Hemery Valentine Invitational.
  • The mark lowered his school record and Ivy League record.

WOMEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Mena Scatchard, Princeton

  • Won the women's mile at the Eagle Invitational with a time of 4:28.43.
  • This broke the school record she set earlier in the season as well as the meet record.
  • This time is currently ranked 15th in the NCAA and is 3rd all-time in Ivy history.
