PRINCETON, N.J. – The Ivy League Wrestling Tournament finals will air live to a national audience on ESPNews. The tournament — now in its second year — will take place on Sunday, March 8 at Columbia’s Levien Gymnasium in New York City.
Cornell won the inaugural Ivy League Wrestling Tournament last year. The Big Red crowned five individual champions — including Most Outstanding Wrestler
Meyer Shapiro (157) — while Penn followed with three and Princeton added two in an impressive opening-year showcase.
Ivy League wrestlers have combined for 35 individual NCAA titles and 192 All-America honors. At least one Ivy Leaguer has earned All-America recognition in each of the past 28 seasons, including four honorees last year.
