Harvard Sweeps Indoor Track & Field Weekly Awards

PRINCETON, N.J. — With a little more than one month to go until the Ivy League Indoor Track & Field Championships, Ivies continue to impress on the national stage. Individually, Harvard's Kenneth Ikeji and Anastasia Retsa earned this week's honors.

MEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Kenneth Ikeji, Harvard

  • Earned another win in the men's weight at the Penn 10 Elite, taking first place with a throw of 23.78m.
  • This mark leads the Ivy League and ranks fifth in the nation.
WOMEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Anastasia Retsa, Harvard
  • Made history at the Penn 10 Elite, winning the women's pole vault and setting an Ivy League record after clearing the bar at 4.41m.
  • This mark is tied for seventh on the national performance list.
