PRINCETON, N.J. -- Ivy League Lightweight Men’s Rowing All-Ivy teams and Coach of the Year honors were announced following the Eastern Association of Rowing College (EARC) Sprints on May 19.
Harvard’s Billy Boyce was unanimously voted the Lightweight Coach of the Year after the varsity 8 finished in 5:35.743, nearly three seconds ahead of second place Penn.
Additionally, one Ivy League men's lightweight rowing student-athlete from each institution was recognized for their commitment in the classroom and on the water as members of the 2024 Ivy League Men's Lightweight Rowing Academic All-Ivy team. Columbia's Gil Dexter, Cornell's Gerald Anderson, Dartmouth’s Ryan Tripp, Harvard’s Ryan McCarthy, Penn's Simon Dubiel, Princeton’s Paul Hoselbarth and Yale’s Itai Almogy were each named to the team.
