PRINCETON, N.J. — Ivy League Lightweight Men’s Rowing All-Ivy teams and Coaching Staff of the Year honors were announced following the Eastern Association of Rowing College (EARC) Sprints on May 17.
Princeton’s coaching staff, led by Matt Smith, was voted the Lightweight Men’s Rowing Coaching Staff of the Year after the Tigers won the program's 17th Jope Cup at Lake Quinsigamond at Eastern Sprints. The Tigers finished with 35 points after placing second in the V8 and 2V8 and earning the gold in 3V8.
To earn First Team All-Ivy honors, Harvard claimed the gold with a time of 5:46.779, while Princeton posted a time of 5:48.295 to take silver and earn Second Team All-Ivy.
Additionally, one Ivy League men's lightweight rowing student-athlete from each institution was recognized for their commitment in the classroom and on the water as members of the 2025-26 Ivy League Men's Lightweight Rowing Academic All-Ivy team. Columbia's
