PRINCETON, N.J. — Ivy League Heavyweight Men’s Rowing All-Ivy teams and Coaching Staff of the Year honors were announced following the Eastern Association of Rowing College (EARC) Sprints on May 17.
Princeton’s coaching staff, led by Greg Hughes, was voted the Heavyweight Men’s Rowing Coaching Staff of the Year after the Tigers took home the Rowe Cup for the 11th time in program history. The Tigers took the gold medals in the 2V8, 3V8, 4V8 and 5V8 while the V8 and V4+ both earned silvers.
Harvard's Varsity Eight boat claimed First Team All-Ivy honors after racing to a time of 5:33.109 in the grand final to earn gold. Princeton took home Second Team All-Ivy with a time of 5:35.149 to take the silver.
Additionally, one Ivy League men's heavyweight rowing student-athlete from each institution was recognized for their commitment in the classroom and on the water as members of the 2025-26 Ivy League Men's Heavyweight Rowing Academic All-Ivy team. Brown’s
