Two Ivy League women’s lacrosse programs earn nods in the most recent release of the
2022 ILWomen/IWLCA Division I poll. Princeton sits in the No. 12 spot, while Yale is receiving votes.
OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Olivia Markert, Yale (Sr., A — Centreville, Va.)
- Contributed six goals to lift Yale over Harvard, 13-12, to allow the Bulldogs move to 4-0 in Ivy play
- Tallied four goals, second most for Yale, in Tuesday’s 20-15 win over Army
- Totaled 13 draw controls, three groundballs and one caused turnover for the week
- Sits top three in the Ivy League for points per game (3.50) and goals per game (3.00)

Maja Desmond, Dartmouth (Fr., M — Wellesley, Mass.)
- Contributed three ground balls and two caused turnovers in Dartmouth’s 22-6 win over Columbia on Saturday
- Registered nine draw controls — a career high
- Ranks fifth in the Ivy League for caused turnovers per game (1.30) and seventh for ground balls per game (2.20)
