ALBANY, N.Y. -- Thirteen Ivies were announced as recipients of ECAC Hockey postseason awards following the conclusion of the 2019-20 campaign.
Ivy League champion Cornell produced five award winners. Junior forward
Morgan Barron collected ECAC Hockey Player of the Year and First Team All-League honors. Junior defenseman
Alex Green earned ECAC Hockey Best Defensive Defenseman and Third Team All-League accolades. Senior defenseman
Yanni Kaldis joined Barron as a First Team All-League pick, while junior goaltender and Ivy League Co-Player of the Year
Matthew Galajda earned Third Team All-League recognition alongside Green. Head coach
Mike Schafer, fresh off his third-straight Ivy League Coach of the Year nod, added ECAC Hockey Coach of the Year honors to his mantel.
Ivy League runner-up Harvard tallied a League-high six conference awards. Freshman forward
Nick Abruzzese—the Ivy League Rookie of the Year—headlined the list as the ECAC Hockey Rookie of the Year and a selection for both First Team All-League and the All-Rookie Team. Sophomore defenseman
Jack Rathbone was also a First Team All-League pick, while sophomore forward
Jack Drury reaped Second Team All-League recognition. The Crimson claimed 4-of-6 spots on the All-Rookie Team, with freshman goaltender

John Farinacci joining Abruzzese on the list.
Dartmouth sophomore forward and Ivy League Co-Player of the Year
Drew O’Connor landed First Team All-League designation, while Yale sophomore forward
Curtis Hall earned Second Team All-League listing.
All six First Team All-Ivy honorees and 2-of-7 Second Team All-Ivy selections were honored by ECAC Hockey.
