PRINCETON, N.J. -- Based on tonight's results, the No. 9 Cornell men's ice hockey team has clinched the 2026 Ivy League title.
The Big Red have won six of the last eight league crowns and 12 titles since 2002. Cornell has amassed 23 points during the Ivy League season so far — with still a game to play vs. Princeton next Saturday. It is Cornell's league-leading 27th Ivy League title in program history.
The league featured another nationally-competitive season with three teams consistently finding their names in the national rankings. Currently, Cornell stands at No. 9 with Dartmouth at No. 10 and Harvard at No. 20 in the polls. Princeton has also spent time in rankings this season.
