Mosenthal, Vrindten Earn Women's Lacrosse Weekly Awards

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Dartmouth topped Harvard to take sole possession of the Ivy League lead at 3-0 in conference action. 

Full four-game League slates on tap for four-straight Saturdays in April. 

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Risa Mosenthal, Brown (So., A – Campton, N.H.)
  • Paced the Bears with 12 points—via 12 goals—in a 2-1 week, including wins over Sacred Heart & Fresno State
  • Established a new career-high and school record with nine goals in a 19-13 win over Fresno State 
  • Accumulated two caused turnovers and a ground ball on the week
  • Owns hat tricks in 9-of-10 games played this season
  • Has claimed 3-of-7 Offensive Player of the Week nods to open her sophomore campaign

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Kiera Vrindten, Dartmouth (Jr., G – Warren, N.J.)
  • Led the Big Green to a 15-11 win over Harvard after missing two weeks due to injury
  • Made eight saves, while holding the Crimson to 11 goals 
  • Registered two ground balls in the contest
  • The reigning Ivy League Goalkeeper of the Year kept Dartmouth unbeaten in Ivy League play (3-0) 
  • Became the third-straight Dartmouth student-athlete to earn Defensive Player of the Week honors
