PRINCETON, N.J. -- The Ivy League released its list of student-athletes selected for 2017-18 Academic All-Ivy honors in its fall sports today. The 80 men and women were starters or key reserves on an officially recognized varsity team with 3.0 or better cumulative grade point averages. Each institution nominated five men and five women from its eligible student-athletes.

CoSIDA Academic All-America second team; CoSIDA Academic All-District selection for the second-straight season; team captain; started first seven games of the season, before missing time and battling through injury the rest of the year; in her nine starts, she helped anchor the Crimson defense to six shutouts, and a total of 30 over four years.
Ellie Cookson, Sr., Field Hockey, Psychology (Oakville, Ontario)
Team captain; led team with 10 assists on the season, adding a goal; became Harvard's all-time career assists leader with an assist at Northeastern on Sept. 15; broke the previous mark held by Jen Ahn '04, and Ceci Clark '92, who both had 26 career assists; finished her career with 34 assists.
Christina Cornelius, Jr., Women’s Volleyball, Sociology (Los Angeles)
First-team All-Ivy Selection; led the team in kills (242) and blocks (87); ECAC All-Region Honorable Mention; ranked eighth in the Ivy League with a .289 overall hitting percentage and blocks per set (0.96); met or surpassed six career-highs and registered a hitting percentage over .350 in seven matches; has played in every match over the last two seasons and was a starter in all 23 contests during the 2017 campaign.
Eric Gylling, Sr., Men’s Soccer, Government (Sacramento, Calif.)
Appeared and started in all 16 games for the Crimson; tallied two points throughout the season; notched his first collegiate assist in a 2-1 win against Providence; registered his second career assist in a 2-1 win over Yale.
Tanner Lee, Sr., Football, Applied Mathematics (Spanish Fort, Ala.)
Second-team All-Ivy; CoSIDA Academic All-District; All-New England Team selection; became first player ever to win the Lamar (dedication) and Crocker (MVP) Awards at the team banquet; led the team with three interceptions and made 54 tackles; returned an interception 39 yards for a touchdown in a win over Brown; grabbed the game-winning interception against Dartmouth.
Leah Mohammadi, Jr., Women’s Soccer, Government (Upland, Calif.)
CoSIDA Academic All-District for the second-consecutive season; three-time Ivy League weekly honor roll; COOP Student-Athlete of the Week (Aug. 28 – Sep. 3); tied for the team-lead with four goals on the season; second on the team with four assists; led the team with 60 shots; scored game-winning goals against Providence, St. John’s and Boston College; registered a goal and an assist against Seton Hall; tied career-best with two assists against Dartmouth.
Nathan Ondracek, Jr., Men’s Water Polo, Computer Science (Plano, Texas)
Totaled 16 goals, 21 assists, 23 steals and nine field blocks during the 2017 season; helped lead the Crimson to a 24-8 record and a second-straight NEWPC Championship title and second-straight NCAA Tournament appearance.

Dani Stollar, Sr., Women’s Soccer, History of Science (Honolulu)
Named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District team; All-Ivy second team selection, giving her four selections in her Harvard tenure; played in 17 games this season, starting in 16 at midfield and defense; tallied two goals with one assist; scored gamewinning goals against Quinnipiac and Cornell.
Nikhil Suri, So., Men’s Water Polo, Undeclared (Moraga, Calif.)
Posted 108 saves, six assists and four steals during the 2017 season in which the Crimson went 24-8 on its way to a second-straight NCAA Tournament appearance; named Northeast Water Polo Defensive Player of the Week (Oct. 9) after tallying eight saves in Harvard’s 10-8 win over MIT.
