Brown, Harvard, Penn, and Yale Earn Ivy League Victories

PRINCETON, N.J. — In what was a wild Saturday afternoon of Ivy League men's basketball that featured two overtime contests, Brown, Harvard, Penn, and Yale all picked conference wins.

HARVARD 87, PRINCETON 80
Harvard (9-8, 2-1 Ivy) erased a 13-point halftime deficit and outscored Princeton 57–37 after the break and in overtime to earn an 87–80 home win at Lavietes Pavilion. Robert Hinton scored 27 points, while Chandler Piggé added 21 points and 11 rebounds as Harvard went 19-for-23 at the free-throw line and won the extra session 15–8. Thomas Batties II chipped in 18 points to fuel the comeback. Princeton (6-12, 2-1 Ivy) was led by Landon Clark’s 19 points.

BROWN 86, COLUMBIA 80
Brown (7-9, 1-2 Ivy) earned a thrilling road overtime win over Columbia by a score of 86-80. The Lions shot 50.9 percent from the field and an impressive 79.4 percent at the free-throw line. Landon Lewis led the Bears with 26 points and Jeremiah Jenkins added 14, combining for much of Brown’s scoring punch in a tightly contested game. Brown outscored Columbia in the extra period 14-8 and capitalized on 27 made free throws to pull ahead late. Columbia (12-5, 1-2 Ivy) was paced by Kenny Noland’s 18 points.

YALE 102, CORNELL 68
Yale (13-3, 2-1 Ivy) dominated from start to finish in a 102-68 home win, shooting 60.9 percent from the field and forcing 22 Cornell turnovers. Riley Fox led the Bulldogs with 21 points while Nick Townsend added 20 as Yale built a 59-36 first-half lead. Yale also out-rebounded Cornell 42-33 and scored 21 points off turnovers. Cornell (7-9, 0-3 Ivy) was paced by Cooper Noard with 14 points.

PENN 84, DARTMOUTH 74
Penn (9-7, 2-1 Ivy) used efficient offense and timely scoring to post an 84-74 win over Dartmouth at Leede Arena, shooting 43.8 percent from the field with 42.9 percent accuracy from three-point range. T.J. Power led the Quakers with 27 points, joined by Ethan Roberts’ 25 as Penn outpaced Dartmouth in both halves and finished strong. Penn also capitalized at the free-throw line, going 19-for-31 to help maintain the edge late. Dartmouth (8-8, 2-1 Ivy) was led by Connor Amundsen’s 18 points.
