PRINCETON, N.J. – Following strong performances, Brown’s Kalu Anya (player) and Penn’s Sam Brown (rookie) earned Ivy League men’s basketball weekly honors.
 
Cornell, Princeton and Yale each punched their tickets to Ivy Madness last weekend. The push for the fourth spot is between Brown, Columbia and Harvard. The Crimson and the Bears are set clash Friday evening at the Pizzitola Sports Center in Providence, R.I. Both teams are 5-6 in Ivy play entering the matchup, tied for fourth place in the Ivy standings.
 
Set for March 15-17 at Levien Gymnasium in New York, both all-session tickets and single-game Ivy Madness tickets are now on sale and may be purchased at IvyMadness.com.

Kalu Anya, Brown G

• Had career night in Brown's win over league-leading Cornell on Saturday, finishing with 23 points and 17 rebounds
• Totaled 13 boards and dished out seven assists in Brown’s win over Columbia
• 11 of his rebounds against the Big Red were on the offensive glass

 
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Sam Brown, Penn G

• Came off the bench to score 26 points and dish out five assists in Penn’s win over Dartmouth
• Shot 10-of-16 from the field, including 6-of-7 from beyond the arc
• Had a pair of assists, a steal and four rebounds against Harvard
