PRINCETON, N.J. – After highlight performances that also included solid play on national television, Princeton’s Kamryn Chaney (Player) and Brown’s Julia Kakkis (Rookie) garnered Ivy League weekly volleyball awards.
 
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Kamryn Chaney, Princeton (Jr., OH – Chicago, Ill.)

• Led the Tigers to a weekend sweep of Yale and Brown, averaging 4.89 kills per set (44 kills), 2.67 digs per set (24 digs) and had seven service aces and three blocks.
• Tallied 25 kills on a .532 hitting percentage with zero errors, 13 digs, and two service aces in the Tigers’ four-set win over Yale.
• Against the Bears on national television, Chaney recorded 19 kills, 11 digs and five service aces

 
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK

• Finished with 37 assists against Penn and a career-high 53 assists against Princeton.
