CAMBRIDGE, Mass. – The No. 1 Harvard women’s squash team topped No. 6 Drexel, 8-1, to claim its seventh consecutive Collegiate Squash Association (CSA) national championship Sunday. With the win, the Crimson have won a CSA women’s record 98 straight matches.
Evie Coxon sealed the national championship for the Crimson at No. 6 with a 3-2 win over Brooke Herring.
No. 1 Hana Moataz, No. 2 Marina Stefanoni, No. 3 Amina Yousry, No. 4 Habiba Eldafrawy, No. 5 Serena Daniel, No. 7 Charlotte Orcutt and No. 9 Brecon Welch also earned wins in the final for Harvard.
In the B Division, Cornell claimed the Kurtz Cup with an 8-1 win over Dartmouth. The win marks the fourth consecutive Kurtz Cup title for the Big Red.
