Three Ivies Named STATS FCS Preseason All-Americans

PRINCETON, N.J. -- Three Ivies were named to the STATS Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) Preseason All-America teams, headlined by First Team selection Dartmouth senior defensive back Isiah Swann

Swann was a STATS FCS First Team All-American following his junior campaign in which he led the FCS with nine interceptions and garnered 2018 Ivy League Defensive Player of the Year honors.

Swann was 1-of-34 players to earn mention after being acknowledged on the STATS FCS Postseason All-America team in 2018 and 1-of-9 returning First Team selections.

Joining Swann on the 98-player list were Princeton senior offensive lineman Reily Radosevich and Yale senior wide receiver Reed Klubnik. Both Radosevich and Klubnik reaped Preseason Third Team All-America honors entering their final collegiate seasons.

Radosevich is a three-time All-Ivy recipient and 30-game starter on the Princeton offensive line. Klubnik returns following a unanimous First Team All-Ivy season in which he set the Yale program high-water mark with 1,143 receiving yards.

Swann was recently announced as 1-of-16 attendees at the forthcoming 2019 Ivy League Football Media Day on Thursday, August 15, at ESPN headquarters in Bristol, Conn. The Ivy League’s preseason media poll will be announced a week prior, at 10 a.m. on Thursday, August 8.

The Ivy League is coming off a 2018 season highlighted by Princeton’s unbeaten campaign—the 13th in League history—en route to its first outright League crown since 1995. The League also led the Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) in non-conference winning percentage (.750) and NFL representation (24 players) for the second-straight season.
