Morgan Rupp joined the Ivy League office staff in June 2015, as Coordinator, Compliance and Championships, and was promoted to Assistant Executive Director, Championships and Sport Administration, in October 2016.
Rupp oversees the administration and event operations for select Ivy League championships, coordinates intra-conference scheduling, and manages the officiating and administration of playing rules for select sports.
Prior to the Ivy League office, Rupp spent two years at Millersville University of Pennsylvania where he earned a Master's of Education degree while also serving as a graduate assistant in athletics for internal operations and advised the Student Athlete Advisory Committee. During the spring of 2015, Rupp interned with the Elizabethtown College Athletic Department where he was a member of the NCAA Division III Wrestling Championships planning committee.
Rupp received a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport Management in May 2013 from Wesley College (Dover, DE) where he also was a member of the varsity baseball team. While at Wesley College, he interned with the Delaware Interscholastic Athletic Association (DIAA) and focused on special projects including website efficiency, state tournament logistics, and coaching certification requirements.
