MEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
4x400m Relay, Penn
- Penn's 4x400m relay team consisting of Alex Sadikov, Nayyir Newash-Campbell, Benjamin Markham, and Ryan Matulonis broke Penn's outdoor 4x400m school record on Saturday at the Penn Relays.
- The relay team clocked a time of 3:04.57.
- Penn ranks 25th in the NCAA and first in the Ivy League.
WOMEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Milina Wepiwé, Harvard
- Reset her Ivy League record in the discus over the weekend, winning the event at the Penn Relays with a throw of 59.75m (196’0”).
- With that mark, Wepiwé now ranks ninth nationally in the women’s discus throw.
