PRINCETON, N.J. – Following strong performances on the diamond, Columbia’s Anton Lazits (player), Penn’s Noah Millikan (pitcher) and Harvard’s Liam Wilson (rookie) earned Ivy League baseball weekly honors.
 
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Anton Lazits, Columbia (Sr., OF – Pittsfield, Mass.)

• Hit .529 (9-for-17) with eight runs scored and seven RBIs
• Eight of his nine hits were for extra bases (1.235 slugging pct.)
• Recorded multiple hits in three games and drove in at least one run in all four contests
   

PITCHER OF THE WEEK
Noah Millikan, Penn (Sr., RHP – Berkeley, Calif.)

• Pitched 7.1 innings of one-run ball, allowing just three hits in Penn’s win over Yale
• Struck out six batters and had just one walk
• Gave up a run in the first inning and then pitched six shutout innings

 
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Liam Wilson, Harvard (Fy., OF/C – Chandler, Ariz.)

• Hit a walk-off, two-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning in Harvard’s 9-8 win over Cornell, helping the Crimson rally from an 8-5 deficit entering the frame
• Batted .300 (3-for-10) with five runs, two home runs and three RBIs
• Posted a .900 slugging percentage and a .417 OBP
