MEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Casey Helm, Princeton
- Won the discus at the Penn Challenge with a throw of 59.90 (196'6").
- The mark has Helm ranked third in the country.
WOMEN'S ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Angeludi Asaah, Penn
- Had a personal-best discus throw of 56.52m at the Penn Challenge last weekend.
- Ranks 10th in the NCAA, fourth in the East Region, and first in the Ivy League this season.
