Princeton Heads to No. 7 Maryland for NCAA First Round Matchup

INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – After earning the Ivy League automatic bid to the NCAA Division I men’s lacrosse championship, the Princeton Tigers were selected to face the seventh-seeded Maryland Terrapins in the first round.
 
The Terps will host the Tigers on Saturday, May 11 at 7:30 p.m. on ESPNU.
 
The Tigers are making their third consecutive and 23rd overall NCAA Tournament appearance. Princeton is 11-4 on the season and faced Maryland earlier on this season (Feb. 24) and suffered a 13-7 decision against the Terps on the road.
 
Princeton ranks No. 9 in the latest RPI and enters the tournament ranked No. 14 in the latest USILA Coaches Poll.
