Princeton Clinches Outright Ivy League Field Hockey Title

PRINCETON, N.J. – The No. 13 nationally ranked Princeton Tigers defeated Yale, 1-0 on Saturday to finish a perfect 7-0 on the Ivy League field hockey season and capture the outright Ivy League field hockey title. 
 
Princeton moves 12-4 overall and also secured the No. 1 seed and hosting rights for the upcoming Ivy League field hockey tournament on November 8 & 10 last week.
  
This marks the Tigers’ league-leading 28th Ivy League title, 24th outright, second in the last three seasons, and fourth under head coach Carlia Tagliente.
