Harvard Women’s Team 3-Peats; Ramsden Repeats as Ivy Champ

BOSTON – For the third consecutive year, the No. 26 Harvard women’s cross country team claimed the Ivy League Heptagonal Cross Country Championship title. Leading the way for the Crimson was Maia Ramsden, who repeated as the Ivy individual champion by completing the 6K course in 20:16.2.
 
Harvard finished with a total of 47 points and was followed by Princeton (73) and Dartmouth (90).
 
Ramsden is the 12th Ivy to earn two first-place finishes at Heps. Her  and Columbia’s Phoebe Anderson led the pack for much of the race. Anderson placed second in 20:22.2. Harvard’s Ella Gilson placed third in 20:40.5.
