Week 6 Football Award Winners Announced

PRINCETON, N.J. – Following strong performances on the gridiron that led their teams to victories, Penn’s Jared Richardson (offensive) and Malachi Hosley (rookie), Princeton’s Ozzie Nicholas (defensive) and Cornell’s Jackson Kennedy (special teams) earned Ivy League football honors for Week 6.

There is currently a five-way tie atop the league standings consisting of No. 23 Harvard, Penn, Cornell, Dartmouth and Princeton at 2-1. Despite their setbacks on Saturday, Brown and Yale are just a game behind at 1-2 in league play.

Last Thursday, a total of 10 Ivies from six different schools were named to the FCS Phil Steele Mid-Season All-America Teams. This marks a considerable jump from the publication's preseason teams, which recognized four Ivies.
