PRINCETON, N.J. -- Following a week with several strong individual performances, Brown’s Kate Sheire and Princeton’s Lucia Scalamandre earned weekly Ivy League volleyball honors.
 
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Kate Sheire, Brown (Jr., RS -- Arlington, Va.)

• Posted a .656 hitting percentage with 21 kills on 32 attempts, as Brown earned 3-0 sweeps over Cornell and Columbia
• Had nine blocks over the course of the two matches, including a season high of seven against the Lions

 
ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Lucia Scalamandre, Princeton (Fr., MB -- Topanga, Calif.)

• Helped the Tigers earn a weekend sweep of Dartmouth and Harvard, finishing second on the team in kills with 20
• Finished the weekend with a .350 hitting percentage, adding four blocks, three aces and six digs.
