PRINCETON, N.J. – Dartmouth’s Zach Kalk earned PLayer of the Week, while Princeton’s Walker Gillespie was dubbed Rookie of the Week. Four Ivies own a .500-or-better mark through two weeks of non-conference action.
PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Zach Kalk, Dartmouth (Sr., M – North York, Ontario)
- Played a major role in Dartmouth’s 2-0 week with wins over UMass and Michigan State
- Netted the game-winning goal against Michigan State in the 78th minute of action
- Dished out an assist in the 1-0 win over UMass.
- Brother, Corey Kalk ’18 played hockey for Dartmouth (2014-18). Both brothers competed at the 2017 Maccabiah Games for Canada

ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
Walker Gillespie, Princeton (Fr., F – Charlotte, N.C.)
- Helped defending Ivy League champion Princeton to a 1-1 week
- Registered three points on a goal and an assist in Princeton’s 2-1 win over Rider
- Scored his first collegiate goal before assisting the game-winner less than a minute later
- NCISAA 4A State Player of the Year at Charlotte Country Day School
