Women's Rowing All-Ivy, Postseason Awards Announced

PRINCETON, N.J. -- The Coach of the Year and All-Ivy teams for women's rowing were announced following the 2016 Ivy League Women's Rowing Championship held on May 15 on Lake Carnegie.

Princeton head coach Lori Dauphiny earned the League's Coach of the Year honor after her Tigers took the Ivy title for the fourth time in six seasons. The ninth-ranked Tigers used a brilliant start and a gutsy, tough surge over the second half of the race to defeat top-ranked Brown.

The All-Ivy teams are determined by the finishes in the first varsity eight grand final. Rowers in the first boat to cross the finish line are named first-team All-Ivy and members of the second Ivy boat to finish are named second-team All-Ivy.
