NEW YORK -- The Columbia Lions entered the 2015 Ivy League Round-Robin No. 1, and they left number one.

For the first time since 2008, the Lions, the top-ranked team in the country, were crowned Ivy League champions. Their ninth-ever Ivy title came in part from the strength of their foil fencers. Jackie Dubrovich, Margaret Lu and Sara Taffel finished as the top three performers in that weapon, going a combined 46-4. They finished strong, going 18-0 against Cornell and Penn in the final two rounds.

In all, the Lions took wins over Yale, the Big Red and the Quakers to finish a perfect 7-0.

Harvard, Penn and Princeton tied for second, each finishing 4-2. The Crimson's Adrienne Jarocki posted the best recorded of any man or women at the Round-Robins, going a perfect 18-0 in saber.

The Tigers were led by the epée champion, Anna Van Brummen, who went 17-0 over the two days of competition.
