Princeton’s Jacob Schachner stood tall in net as the Tigers picked up its first point in the league against undefeated conference foe No. 22 Columbia.

Schachner turned away a career-high seven shots as Princeton and Columbia battled to a 0-0 draw over the weekend. The sophomore had his best save of the first half coming directly off a free kick. IN the second half, the Waxhaw, N.C., native made a leaping save to deny Columbia’s Arthus Bosua in the 60th minute.

This marks the second weekly award for Schachner, who picked up Player of the Week accolades after Princeton’s draw to then-No. 8 Syracuse at the beginning of the season.
