Penn sophomore running back Karekin Brooks (Marietta, Ga.) ran and passed the Quakers to a win at Lehigh, running for 268 yards on 29 carries with three touchdowns, while passing for another TD. He finished the game five yards shy of the Penn single-game record and still managed to rush for the most yards by a Quaker since 1993 and the 11th-most ever in League history.
Brooks is interested in marketing and hopes to one day turn his grandfather’s BBQ restaurant into a national franchise. He receives his first career Ivy League weekly award.
