Senior Arthur Bosua registered a career-high four goals to earn Player of the Week accolades as Columbia defeated Harvard, 6-0.
Bosua, who leads the Ivy League in goals and points, got the scoring started for the Lions as the senior forward headed home two goals in the first four minutes of the contest. The Johannesburg, South Africa native, netted his second career hat trick in the 47th minute and finished his scoring in the 66th minute of action. The six-goal output marks the most by the Lions since a 6-1 victory over Marist on Sept. 24, 2002. Bosua’s four goals moves him into seventh on Columbia’s all-time goals list with 26 career tallies.
This marks the first weekly award for the senior in 2017 and second for the Lions after Beto Carrillo was named Rookie of the Week for the week of Oct. 30.
