Tani Brown, Princeton

Tani Brown participated in 65 games during her four-year Princeton career from 2006-10. She served as a Tiger co-captain during her senior campaign, when she appeared in a career-high 22 games and Princeton won the Ivy League championship.

After graduating with a bachelor's degree in religion with a certificate in African-American studies, Brown spent nearly three years at Google as a Campaign Planner and Account Manager. She was then awarded a Fulbright Fellowship, where she served as the Fulbright U.S. Programs English Language Teaching Assistant Fellow in Vietnam for the 2013-14 academic year. The Fulbright Program is the flagship international educational exchange program sponsored by the U.S. government and is designed to increase mutual understanding between the people of the United States and people of other countries.

Upon her return to the United States, Brown joined Jopwell.com—the leading career advancement platform for African-American, Latino/Hispanic and Native American students and professionals—as Head of Partnerships. At Jopwell, she is focused on building a strong pipeline of talented, diverse candidates and partner companies from across the United States. Brown also sits on the junior advisory board for College for Every Student in New York, a global leader in helping K-12 students from low-income rural and urban communities access college and career readiness.
