Gail Koziara Boudreaux, Dartmouth

A four-time first-team All-Ivy selection and three-time Ivy League Player of the Year from 1978-1982, Gail Koziara Boudreaux is Dartmouth’s all-time leading scorer (1,933 points) and rebounder (1,635 boards). She was a two-time Academic All-American and a third-team All-American as a senior and still holds numerous Dartmouth records, including most points and rebounds in a single game and a season.

Boudreaux also starred for the Big Green track & field program, winning four-straight Ivy League shot put championships and one discus title. She was named to the Ivy League’s Silver Anniversary basketball team in 1999 and was one of six individuals to receive the NCAA’s Silver Anniversary award in 2006 for outstanding professional and athletic achievement.

Boudreaux graduated from Dartmouth College in 1982 and went on to earn her M.B.A. from Columbia University. She is currently the CEO of GKB Global Health, L.L.C., a healthcare strategy and business advisory firm she founded in 2015. Prior to its establishment, Boudreaux was the CEO of UnitedHealthcare, where she was responsible for the largest business division of UnitedHealth Group, the nation’s biggest benefits provider, serving 45 million individuals with revenue of $120 billion. She was honored from 2008 to 2014 as one of Fortune’s 50 Most Powerful Women in American Business and was listed among the Forbes 100 Most Powerful Women in the World. A Dartmouth Board of Trustees member, Boudreaux and her family have endowed the Big Green women’s basketball head coaching position. Her son Evan is currently a sophomore on the Dartmouth men’s basketball team, having earned Ivy League Rookie of the Year honors in 2015-16.
